The company produces and markets extra virgin olive oil Sabina PDO, and certified organic extra virgin olive oil. The extra virgin olive oil Sabina PDO is made with the following variety of olives: Carboncella, Leccino, Frantoio. The olive oil is a brilliant green and has a delicate taste.
Once the olives have reached the correct stage of ripeness, they are picked and ground the same day via the cold press method.
